Permissions for the CQ Controlled Documents
Permission Set Groups
CQ provides baseline Permission Set Groups which can be leveraged for Customer intended use. Review the baseline Permission Set Groups included with Controlled Documents to verify they can be assigned to your CQ Document users.
The following Permission Set Groups are available for Controlled Documents:
CQ Document Admin PSG, CQ Document Owner PSG, CQ Document Approver PSG, CQ Document Viewer PSG
Permission Sets
Permission Sets can be assigned to individual Users of CQ as well as to Permission Set Groups (recommended approach). CQ provides many baseline Permission Sets which can be leveraged for Customer intended use. Review the baseline Permission Sets below included with CQ Controlled Documents to determine if any Permission Sets need to be assigned either to individual Users, or to Permission Set Groups.
The following Permission Sets are available for Controlled Documents:
CQ Batch User, CQ Document Admin Permission, CQ Document Admin Changes Permission, CQ Document Binder Editor Permission, CQ Document Approver Permission, CQ Document Binder Viewer Permission, CQ Document Owner Permission, CQ Document Viewer Permission, CQDE Office 365 Collaboration, CQDE Office 365 Collaboration Extended Permission, CQDE Document Comparison, CQDE Document Comparison Extended Permission, Document Supervisor Permission, CQ Document Obsolete Content Access
Custom Permissions
Custom Permissions are provided by CQ which may exist outside of the baseline Permission Sets and can be assigned directly to a users.
The following Custom Permissions are available for Controlled Documents:
Document Supervisor, Document Admin Change, Document Obsolete Content Access
New Permissions can be created by CQ Administrators:
