Adding Associated Items

Purpose

As a Record Owner, you add associated items to link relevant records to the complaint. You select the items that provide useful context, such as related quality events, documents, or product information, and update the complaint so reviewers can consider these connections during assessment or investigation.

Prerequisites

Installation Package: CQ Core, CQ Regulatory Reports Extension, CQ AS2 Gateway Extension, myCQ Extension, and CQ AI Extension

Product: QualityQuest and Platform Apps

Function: CQ Associated Item Addition

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ Complaint Owner PSG

Configurations: CQ Tasks


Steps

  1. From the Complaint record, Related List Quick Links section, click the Associated Items link.

  1. From the Associated Items page, click the New button.

  1. Search and select the Complaint record.

  2. Enter information as needed.

  3. Click the Save button or Save & New for additional Associated Items.

Expected Outcome

  • Added Associated Item is saved under the Associated Items page that can be navigated to through the Associated Items link under the Related List Quick Links section.

  • The Associated Items link in the Related List Quick Links section displays the total count of added items.
