Overview
Rating Scorecards are only generated after the end of the Evaluation Period End Date. They are not available before this date.
Note: For the calculation of the scores, an advanced analytical methodology based on standard deviation is used. This will be used as the default method for calculation going forward. However, Users are free to use the earlier bucketing method as well, which is continued to be supported.
After the Rating Scorecard enters the Scheduled stage, the QMI Manager waits until the Evaluation Period End Date to review results. During this period, the scorecard remains inactive for scoring changes.
At the end of the evaluation period, the system generates scores using standard deviation calculations defined in CRM Analytics recipes managed by the CQ Data Manager. Users review the generated scores and can Rescore the scorecard if discrepancies are identified.
