Completing Distribution Tasks

Purpose

As a Task Assignee, you can receive and review assigned rating scorecards to complete required performance evaluations on time. This task supports workflow continuity and maintains accurate and transparent assessment records.

Note: Complete the Distribution task from the Rating Scorecard page. When you close the Rating Scorecard record, the task closes automatically.

Prerequisites

Installed Package(s): CQ QMI - Summer 2026

Product: Platform & Technology

Function: CQ QMI

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG and CQ QMI Manager PSG

Steps

1. The Assignee can access the Task from the CQ Location record, Activity panel, and Upcoming & Overdue section.

2. Click the Task Name link.

3. Click the Perform CQ Action button. The Rating Scorecard record reopens.

Expected Outcome

• The distribution task is successfully marked as Complete in the system.

• All actions related to distributing the Rating Scorecard have been finalized with no pending steps remaining.

• The Rating Scorecard remains in the Complete status, indicating it has reached its final stage in the workflow.

• No further user intervention is required, as both the task and the scorecard have completed their lifecycle.

• The system reflects accurate and up‑to‑date status information for auditability and process tracking.
