Updating Primary Product Information

Purpose

As a Complaint Owner, you update the Primary Product Information to ensure the product details accurately reflect the reported issue.

Prerequisites

Installation Package: CQ Core

Product: QualityQuest

Function: Complaints

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ Complaint Owner PSG

Configuration: Parts, Part Families, and Complaint Codes.


Steps

  1. From the Complaint record, select Edit in the Information section of Complaint Details.

  2. Update the Primary Product Information, and select Save.

Expected Outcome

  • The Primary Product information is updated.
