Purpose
As a Project Owner you can add new deliverables to document required design outputs at any stage of the project. This supports clear progress tracking and ensures each phase has complete, accurate, and current design information.

Installation Package: CQ Core, CQ Design Extension, CQ Management Review Dashboard Extension
Product: ProductQuest
Function: Design Projects
User Profile: Standard User
Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ Design Owner PSG
Record Status: Draft, Open
Steps

Open the Project record.

Open the Deliverables tab.

Select New Deliverable from the Quick Action Menu to add deliverables for any stages listed.

Specify this information:

Milestone
Specify the associated Milestone -
Title
Provide the name of the New Deliverable. -
Description
Provide what the New Deliverable is about. -
Assignee
Specify the person responsible for the completion of New Deliverable. Assignee must be a Team Member with Editor access. -
Status
If applicable, specify the Status. -
Progress
If applicable, specify the Progress percentage. -
Due Date
Specify the Due Date. -
Start Date
Specify the Start Date to start working on the New Deliverable. -
End Date
Specify the End Date, if it is known at this time. (This field may be updated later by the Project Owner when the New Deliverable is completed.)

If applicable, provide the Comments.

If applicable, specify the Controlled Document records associated with the New Milestone.

Click Save.
Expected Outcome
-
New Deliverable is added to the Plan/Development/Verify& Validate/Design Transfer Stage.
-
New Deliverable Edit and Delete options are available.
