Viewing File Details

Purpose

As a User, you can view file details and version history to review metadata and track updates to the Rating Scorecard report. This task supports traceability and ensures you reference the latest approved version.

Prerequisites

Installed Package(s): CQ Core, CQ QMI- Summer 2026

Product: Platform & Technology

Function: Files

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG and CQ QMI Manager PSG

Steps

1. In the Files section, select View All to open the preview.

2. In the Report Preview Window, open the Action Menu.

3. Select View File Details.

4. In the Rating Scorecard record, open the Details tab to review file information.

Expected Outcome

• The report shows the latest updates.

• The current draft remains available for review.

• Previous versions remain available under View File Details → Versions.

• Users can review version history to track changes.
