Purpose
As a Complaint Owner, you can review and apply recommended Complaint Codes to classify a complaint when the record is not in Closed or Complete and Closure Review status.
Prerequisites
Installed Package(s): CQ Core, CQ.AI Extension
Product: QualityQuest, Platform & Technology
Function: CQ.AI Agents
User Profile: Standard User
Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ Complaint Owner PSG, and CQSS Similarity User PS
Steps

Open the Complaint record.

Click the CQ.AI section to expand it.

Click Apply to apply the recommended Complaint Code, if appropriate.
Expected Outcome
-
A recommended Complaint Code appears when relevant similarity exists.

The recommendation includes a similarity score.

You can review and apply the recommended Complaint Code.
-
The recommendation does not appear when the complaint status is Closed or Complete and Closure Review.
