Purpose
As a Meeting Owner, you create Product Review Meetings in Design Projects.
Prerequisites
Installation Package: CQ Core, CQ Design Extension, CQ Management Review Dashboard Extension
Product: ProductQuest
Function: Meetings-Product Review
User Profile: Standard User
Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ Design Owner PSG, CQ Management Review Meeting Owner PSG
Steps

Open the Design Project record for which the Product Review will be created.

Open the Meetings tab. Click Create Meetings.

Specify this information:

Title
Provide the meeting title. -
Meeting Date
Specify the meeting date. The date can be in the past if the meeting already took place. -
Previous Meeting
Specify the previous meeting date, if applicable. -
Org. Division
Specify the Org. Division, if applicable. -
Org. Business Unit
Specify the Org. Business Unit, if applicable. -
Org. Region
Specify the Org. Region, if applicable. -
Org. Site
Specify the Org. Site, if applicable. -
Location
Specify the location, if applicable. -
Meeting Objective
Provide the meeting objective, if applicable. -
Meeting Agenda
Provide the meeting agenda, if applicable. -
Meeting Minutes
Provide the meeting minutes, if the meeting already took place. -
Meeting Decisions
Provide the meeting decisions, if the meeting already took place.

Click Save. To create a new Meeting, click Save & New.

If applicable, click on the Add button to add the existing meeting record.

Specify the Meeting associated with the Project.

Provide the Meeting Purpose.

Click Save. To create a new Meeting, click Save & New.
Expected Outcome
-
The Product Review Meeting is created and assigned a unique number.

The Meeting record is in a Draft Status and Stage.

The Meeting Owner is set to the user who created it.
-
Start button appears in the Next Best Actions section.
