Submitting Complaints

Purpose

As a Complaint Owner, you can submit a Complaint to move it from draft to triage review.

Prerequisites

Installation Package: CQ Core

Product: QualityQuest

Function: Complaints

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ Complaint Owner PSG

Configurations: Complaint Steps


Steps

  1. From the Complaint record, in Next Best Actions and Open Activities, select Submit in the Submit for Triage section, or select Submit from the Action Menu.

  2. Enter any required information.

  3. Enter a Comment and Password if needed, and select Save.

Expected Outcome

  • The Complaint moves to the Triage Stage and remains in Draft Status.

  • The Owner updates to the CQ Complaints Default Queue or the selected Department Queue.

  • Queue members receive an email notification that a Complaint is ready for ownership.

  • The Complete Triage button is available in Next Best Actions and Open Activities for active Queue members.

  • A submission activity is logged in Complaint Record Activities under the History tab.

  • The Workflow tab displays the default tasks for the Complaint.
