Viewing NC Analytics Dashboard using AI

Purpose

As an NC Owner, you can review the NC Analytics Dashboard to access analytical data before a CQ.AI recommendation is available.

Prerequisites

Installed Package(s): CQ Core, CQ.AI Extension

Product: QualityQuest, Platform & Technology

Function: CQ.AI Agent

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ NC Owner, CQ EA PSG

Steps

1. Open the Nonconformance record in Draft status at the Triage stage.

2. Select Assess Risk from the drop‑down menu.

3. Select a Risk Model and click Next.

4. Select Nonconformance Analytics to open the dashboard.

Expected Outcome

• The NC Analytics Dashboard opens in a new browser window.

• You review analytics before the CQ.AI recommendation is generated.

• You use early analytical data to assess the NC and support decisions.
