Reopening CAPAs

Purpose

As a CAPA Owner, reopen a voided CAPA when the CAPA is required again.

Prerequisites

Installation Package: CQ Core

Product: QualityQuest

Function: CAPA

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ CAPA Owner PSG

Record Status: Void

Steps

1. Open the CAPA record.

2. Click Reopen from the Action Menu.

3. Provide a Comment and specify Password, if applicable.

4. Click Save.

Expected Outcome

• The CAPA Stage and Status are restored to their values before the record was voided.

• The Reopening CAPA activity appears in the Record Activities section on the History tab.
