Overview
Field Tracking in ComplianceQuest (CQ) is powered by the Salesforce Platform and is enabled through the Field Audit Trail app provided by CQ. Once fields are activated for tracking, end users can generate reports from within specific CQ records to view detailed field history. These reports can be rendered as PDFs and printed for use as objective evidence.
Audit Trail Reports allow users to verify field tracking history for CQ records and can be accessed from the Audit Trail Report tab or directly from individual CQ records. This functionality is available across all QualityQuest products to support compliance requirements such as 21 CFR Part 11, ensuring secure e-signatures and traceable record activities.
