Viewing Nonconformance

Purpose

As a User, you can open the updated Nonconformance record from the CQ.AI Assistant in Microsoft Teams.

Prerequisites

Installed Package(s): CQ Core, CQ.AI Extension

Product: QualityQuest, Platform & Technology

Function: CQ.AI Agent

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ NC Owner PSG, CQ Design Owner PSG, Prompt Template User, Data Cloud User, CQSS AI User PSG

Steps

1. In Microsoft Teams, open the CQ.AI Assistant Chatbot app.

2. Open the chatbot.

3. Select View Record in the chat.

4. Enter your Username.

5. Enter your Password.

6. Select Login or Login to Sandbox.

Expected Outcome

• You access the updated Nonconformance record in Microsoft Teams.

• You select View Record to open the record.

• You review all updated details without leaving Microsoft Teams.
