Purpose
As a Record Owner, you complete a closure review to verify that all complaint activities, findings, and required steps are finished. You review the recorded information, confirm accuracy, and update the complaint so it can proceed to closure.
Prerequisites
Installation Package: CQ Core, CQ Regulatory Reports Extension, CQ AS2 Gateway Extension, myCQ Extension, and CQ AI Extension
Product: QualityQuest and Platform Apps

User Profile: Standard User
Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ Complaint Non DT Task Assignee PSG
Steps

From the Home tab,b select the Approve/Reject link for the Complaint.

From the Complaint record, under Next Best Actions, click the Approve or Reject button.

Enter Comment and Password if needed, and click the Approve or Reject button, and Save.

Expected Outcome
Rejecting the Complaint record

The Complaint record moves to the Closure Rejected Stage.

An email is sent to the Complaint Owner notifying the rejection and restarting the Complaint record.

The Rejecting Complaint Closure activity is logged in the Complaint Record Activities section under the History tab.

Under Next Best Actions and Open Activities, in the Submit for Rework section, the Restart button is disabled. Change Owner icon is available next to the User.

Approving the Complaint record

The Complaint record moves to the Closed Status and Closed Stage.

The Approving Complaint Closure activity is logged in the Complaint Record Activities section under the History tab.
