Rejecting Product Review Actions

Purpose

As a Meeting Owner, reject a Meeting Action that does not meet requirements so it can be corrected before completion.

Prerequisites

Installation Package: CQ Core, CQ Design Extension, CQ Management Review Dashboard Extension

Product: ProductQuest

Function: Meeting Action

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ Design Owner PSG, CQ Management Review Meeting Owner PSG

Record Status: Complete

Steps

1. Open the Action record.

2. Click Reject in Next Best Actions section.

3. Provide a Comment and specify the Password, if applicable.

4. Click Save.

Expected Outcome

• If the Action was previously completed, the Status changes from Ready to Open, and the Stage remains In Progress.

• If the Action was previously skipped, the Status changes from Skip to Open, and the Stage remains In Progress.

• An email notification is sent the Action Assignee that the Action is available to complete.

• The Action Owner is set to the Action Assignee who completed or skipped the Action.

• The Complete button appears in the Next Best Actions section for the Action Assignee.
