Overview
A Permit Review verifies that work conditions, risks, and required controls are complete before activities begin. It confirms that the Permit Requestor has added all prerequisites and that the permit aligns with defined safety and regulatory expectations.
During review, the Permit Approver checks the accuracy of the submitted information, determines whether Field Level Hazard Assessment (FLHA) or Atmospheric Testing is needed, and adds any required hazards or controls. This step creates a complete audit trail and ensures the permit is ready for approval and safe execution.
