Overview
In the Design Project Development Phase, you verify the work needed before the project can move forward and update or complete the Phase. You use the status of these items to decide when the project is ready for the next phase.
In this phase, you typically:

Update Milestones and Deliverables with dates, owners, and status as work progresses.

Mark Milestones and Deliverables as Completed when requirements are met.

Confirm that all required items are Completed before you move the project to the next phase.
