Reopening Rating Scorecard

Purpose

As a User, you can reopen a closed Rating Scorecard to update evaluations when changes, corrections, or additional assessment are required. This task supports accurate and complete scoring after initial closure.

Prerequisites

Installed Package(s): CQ Core, CQ Management Review Dashboard, CQ Rating Framework

Product: Platform & Technology

Function: CQ QMI

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG and CQ QMI Manager PSG

Steps

  1. Open the Rating Scorecard record.

  2. Select Reopen from the Action Menu.

  3. If eSig is enabled, review the Purpose of Signature.

  4. Enter a Comment, if needed.

    • This field is optional by default.

    • Administrators can require it through eSig Settings.

  5. If eSig is enabled, enter your Password.

    • Username may also display or be required based on eSig Settings.

  6. Click Save.


Expected Outcome

  • The Rating Scorecard reopens for further review or updates.

  • The Scorecard returns to the Evaluation stage in the active workflow.

  • The Rescore button appears under Next Best Actions for rescoring.
