Scorecard Scheduling defines how often QMI Managers generate Rating Scorecards in existing CQ Locations. It uses predefined schedules, Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, or Annual, to align Scorecard generation with organizational reporting cycles.
This concept matters because QMI Managers must produce consistent performance evaluations once Rating Models are in place. Scheduled Scorecards support timely reviews and ensure each reporting period uses the correct model structure.
