Scheduling Next Product Review

Purpose

As a Meeting Owner, schedule the next meeting to create a new draft record and copy key details from the previous meeting to maintain continuity.

Prerequisites

Installation Package: CQ Core, CQ Design Extension, CQ Management Review Dashboard Extension

Product: ProductQuest

Function: Meetings - Product Review

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ Design Owner PSG, CQ Management Review Meeting Owner PSG

Record Status: Closed

Steps

1. Open the Meeting record.

2. Click Schedule Next Meeting in the Next Best Actions section.

3. Specify the Meeting Date.

4. Click Save.

Expected Outcome

• A new Meeting record is created for with a unique number.

• The new Meeting record is in Draft Status and Draft Stage.

• The Owner of the new Meeting record is set to the user who created it.

• Start button appears in the Next Best Actions section.

• A link to the Previous Meeting is available.

• Previous Meeting records in the series appear in the Meetings for Parent Meeting Series section on the History tab.

• This information is copied from the previous meeting: Title, Ownership, Objective, Agenda, Meeting Attendees, and attached Notes and Files.
