Viewing the Key Metrics in the QMI Dashboard

Purpose

As a QMI Manager, you can use the CQ QMI Analytical Dashboard to review CQ Location performance metrics and trends over time. This task supports ongoing monitoring, issue identification, and decisions for continuous improvement.

Installed Package(s): CQ Core, CQ QMI - Summer 2026

Product: Platform & Technology

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ QMI Manager PSG

Steps

• Open the App Launcher.

• Search for Analytics Studio.

• In Analytics Studio, select Browse from the left panel.

• Click Dashboards.

• Search for QMI Performance Dashboard.

• Select QMI Performance Dashboard to open it.

Expected Outcome

• The QMI Performance Dashboard opens.

• Key CQ Location metrics display on a single screen.

• Charts and tables show current performance and historical trends.

• Users apply filters and drill down to review specific locations or metrics.
