Running Recipes

Purpose

As a CQ Administrator, you can use Data Manager recipes to prepare, transform, and load data into target datasets or objects. This task supports accurate reporting and analysis by maintaining structured and up‑to‑date data.

Note: Recipe names are generated based on the App Name provided by the User. In the example below, CT is the App Name, so these Recipe names begin with CT, such as CT CQCT Nonconformance Analytics, with CT originating from the App Name.

Installed Package(s): CQ Core, CQ QMI - Summer 2026

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG and CQ QMI Manager PSG

Steps

1. Open the App Launcher.

2. Search for Data Manager and open the app.

3. From the left panel, select Recipes.

4. For each recipe, select the drop-down arrow at the end of the row and click Run Now in this order:

• Run the Recipes in the order listed below.

• Do not change the order in which Recipes are Run. If the order is changed, then the results will be manipulated.

• CT CQCT Overall Logic Calculation

• CQCT_Nonconformance Analytics

• CQCT_Nonconformance Inspection Analytics

• CQCT Audit Analytics

• CQCT CAPA Analytics

• CQCT Complaint Analytics

• CQCT Control Document Analysis

• CQCT Change Order Analytics

• CQCT Overdue Time Analytics

• RF CQSPE_QMI Level 1 recipe

• RF CQSPE_Manual Score Calculation

• RF CQSPE_Score Calculation Level 2

• RF CQSPE_Supplier Rating Score Calc Level-3

• CT CQCT Discovery Model Recipe

• CT CQCT QMI Dashboard DS

5. From the left panel, select Job Monitor.

6. Review the Run Status.

Expected Outcome

• The selected Recipe shows a Run Status of Successful after completion.

• The Last Modified column shows the latest execution date and time.

• The Last Modified By column shows the user who ran the recipe.
