Purpose
As a Change Owner, you submit a Planned Change to start the review and approval process for a proposed modification. This step confirms that the change details are complete and ready for evaluation.
Prerequisites
Installation Package: CQ Core
Product: QualityQuest
Function: Planned Change
User Profile: Standard User
Permissions: CQ Base User PSG and CQ Change Order Owner PSG
Record Status: Draft
Steps

Open the Planned Change record.

Click Submit in the Next Best Actions section.

Provide a Comment and specify the Password.

Click Save.

Expected Outcome

The Planned Change has moved to the Triage Stage.

An email notification is sent to the Change Order Queue.

The Owner field is now set to CQ Change Queue or CQ Urgent Change Queue based on the selected Priority.

Submitting Change Order activity appears on the History tab.
