CQ.AI Agents are conversational AI co-workers built on Salesforce Agentforce that you use to support work in Quality, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), and Supplier management. You interact with them in natural language to review data, run checks, and complete routine actions within your existing workflows.
You use CQ.AI Agents to automate repetitive tasks, surface actionable insights, and receive guidance on regulatory and process requirements. The agents combine Predictive AI, Generative AI, Retrieve and Relate AI, and Conversational AI to give context-aware answers, highlight potential risks, and suggest next steps so you can focus on complex decisions and continuous improvement.
