Steps

Open the Nonconformance record in the Triage stage and Draft status.

Click the Assess Risk option from the drop‑down arrow.

Select the Risk Model and click Next.

Go to the CQ.AI Recommendation section.

Navigate to the CQ.AI Recommendation section.
Expected Outcome
-
The CQ.AI Recommendation section appears after you select a Risk Model.
-
You see the top three Product Risk records that match the Nonconformance.

Each Product Risk appears as an AI card with key details, including:

Failure Mode / Hazard
-
Failure Effects / Harm
-
Potential Causes
-
Residual Severity
-
Residual Occurrence
-
Residual Risk
