Purpose
As a Project Assignee, you can Complete the required Design Project Deliverables once the Project Owner changes the milestone or deliverable status from Draft to Open. This task ensures you record the work for each phase, including plan, development, verification and validation, and design transfer.

Installation Package: CQ Core, CQ Design Extension, CQ Management Review Dashboard Extension
Product: ProductQuest
Function: Design Projects
User Profile: Standard User
Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ Design Owner PSG
Record Status: Open
Steps

Open the Email notification or a Home tab notification.

Click View to open the Project record.

Click Complete in the Next Best Actions section.

Click Edit from the Action Menu.

Change the Status from Open to Complete or specify another status, if applicable.

Click Save.
Expected Outcome
-
Project Deliverable Status changes to Complete/Not Applicable/Void Status.
-
Progress field updates to 100 % when the Complete option is selected.

Submit Stage for Approval button appears in the Next Best Actions.
