Initiating Meeting Actions

Purpose

As a Meeting Owner, you initiate Meeting Actions so that assigned work can begin.

Prerequisites

Installation Package: CQ Core, CQ Management Review Dashboard Extension

Product: QualityQuest

Function: Meetings-Management Review

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ Management Review Meeting Owner PSG

Record Status: New


Steps

  1. Open the Meeting record. Then click the Actions tab.

  2. Select the action Record Number.

  3. Click Initiate in the Next Best Actions section.

  4. Provide a Comment and specify the Password, if applicable.

  5. Click the Save.

Expected Outcome

  • The Action Status changes from New to Open.

  • Email Notification is sent to action assignees.
