Overview
The CQ Quality Agent uses embedded AI models to support Nonconformance (NC) and CAPA processes. It classifies NC records and structures the issue description into 5W2H elements for clearer problem reporting. It also identifies recurring NCs and recommends escalation to CAPA when patterns appear.
Users can keep their original issue description or use an AI‑generated standardized version. The feature also suggests relevant Parts and Failure Codes based on the description, reducing data entry. All AI logic operates within Salesforce, supporting secure processing and protecting data privacy.
