Distributing Rating Scorecard

Purpose

As a Quality Manager, you can distribute an approved Rating Scorecard after review completion. This task moves the Scorecard to the Distribution stage to start required quality activities without delay.

Prerequisites

Installed Package(s): CQ Core, Management Review Dashboard Extension

Product: Platform & Technology

Function: CQ QMI

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG and CQ QMI Manager PSG

Steps

Expected Outcome

• The Rating Scorecard moves to the Distribution stage without manual action.

  • Distribution activities start immediately after approval.

  • Only approved Scorecards enter the distribution phase.

  • The workflow continues without delay or user intervention.
