Reopening Change Requests

Purpose

As a Change Owner, reopen a voided Change Request when the change is required again.

Prerequisites

Installation Package: CQ Core

Product: QualityQuest

Function: Change Requests

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ Change Requestor PSG

Record Status: Void

Steps

1. Open the Change Request record.

2. Click Reopen from the Action Menu.

3. Provide a Comment and specify Password, if applicable.

4. Click Save.

Expected Outcome

• The Change Request Stage and Status are restored to their values before the record was voided.

• The Reopening Change Request activity appears in the Record Activities section on the History tab.
