Voiding Design Projects

Purpose

As a Design Project Owner, void a Design Project when the Design Project is no longer required.

Prerequisites

Installation Package: CQ Core, CQ Design Extension, CQ Management Review Dashboard Extension

Product: ProductQuest

Function: Design Projects

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ Design Owner PSG

Record Status: Open

Steps

  1. Open the Design Project record.

  2. Click Void from the Action Menu.

Note: Voided Design Projects can be reopened.

  1. Provide a Comment and specify the Password, if applicable.

  2. Click Save.

Expected Outcome

  • The Project record moves to a Void Status.

  • Void Comments can be viewed from the Project Record Activities section of the History tab of the Project.

  • Voided Projects can be Reopened at any time.
