Updating Reporting Information

Purpose

As a Record Owner, you update Reporting Information to record details required for complaint reporting. You review the reporting fields, enter any updated information, and confirm the record is ready for further review or submission.

Prerequisites

Installation Package: CQ Core, CQ Regulatory Reports Extension, CQ AS2 Gateway Extension, myCQ Extension, and CQ AI Extension

Product: QualityQuest and Platform Apps

Function: CQ Reporting Information Update

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ Complaint Owner PSG

Configurations: CQ Tasks


Steps

  1. From the Complaint record, click the Edit button under the Information section of Complaint Details.

  1. Enter Initial Reporter and/or Reporting Information as needed and Save.
