CQ QMI Score Calculation

Overview

CQ QMI Score Calculation defines how you combine multiple rating metrics into a single quality score. You assign weights to each metric and ensure the total weight equals 100 at every level of the structure to avoid calculation errors.

You can organize metrics in a hierarchical structure to reflect how different measures contribute to the final QMI score. This approach supports consistent scoring, clear aggregation, and comparable results across locations and time periods.

Note: CQ QMI uses an advanced standard deviation–based methodology to calculate scores. This method serves as the default calculation approach. You can continue to use the earlier bucketing method, which remains supported.
