Overview

Complaint Steps list the tasks users complete during the complaint lifecycle. Each step represents a specific task type, such as Decision Tree, Investigation, Product History Review, Sample Request, Script, or a generic task, and shows the work assigned to users. Users review and complete their assigned steps to move the complaint forward.
