Closing Rating Scorecard

Purpose

As a user, you can close a Rating Scorecard after all related tasks are complete. This action finalizes the evaluation, locks the scorecard from edits, and confirms it is ready for records, reporting, and audit.

Notes

  • On scorecard closure, a new Rating Scorecard is automatically scheduled for the next period for the same CQ Locations and metrics.

  • After closure, Admin users can reopen the Rating Scorecard to correct identified issues.

Prerequisites

Installed Package(s): CQ Core, Management Review Dashboard Extension, Rating Framework Extension

Product: Platform &Tenhology

Function: CQ QMI

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG and CQ QMI Manager PSG

Steps

  1. From the Rating Scorecard record, under Next Best Actions, click Close or select Close from the Action Menu.

  2. If eSig is enabled, review the Purpose of Signature.

  3. Optionally, enter a Comment.

    1. This field is optional by default and can be configured as required in eSig Settings.

  4. If eSig is enabled, enter your Password (required).

    1. Username display or requirement depends on eSig Settings.

  5. Click Save.


Expected Outcome

  • The Rating Scorecard successfully transitions to the Closed stage, indicating that all required actions have been completed and the record is now finalized.

  • No further edits or workflow actions are allowed, ensuring the integrity and completeness of the performance evaluation.

  • The system reflects the scorecard as Closed for reporting, tracking, and audit purposes.
