CQ QMI Rating Models

Overview

Rating Models define how CQ calculates scores for standard products. Each model includes user-defined metrics organized in a hierarchy.

CQ evaluates the metrics based on the Rating Scorecard Schedule. Users apply Rating Models to:

  • Audit

  • CAPA

  • Change Order

  • Complaints

  • Controlled Documents

  • Nonconformance

CQ Administrators can also configure manual metrics for subjective evaluation, such as response quality or timeliness.
