Editing Rating Metrics

Purpose

As a CQ Administrator, you can edit existing rating metrics to keep the Rating Model accurate and aligned with current evaluation requirements.

Prerequisites

Installed Package(s): CQ Core, CQ Management Review Dashboard Extension, CQ Rating Framework Extension

Product: Platform & Technology

Function: CQ QMI

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG and CQ QMI Manager PSG

Steps

1. In the Rating Model record, open the Related tab and select Rating Metrics.

2. Select Edit from the drop‑down arrow for the metric you want to update.

3. Update the required information.

4. Click Save or Save & New.

Expected Outcome

• The updated rating metrics appear in the Rating Model.

• The revised values replace the previous entries throughout the system.
