Updating Impacted Parts/Lots

Purpose

As a Record Owner, you update impacted parts or lots to revise the items affected by the nonconformance. You adjust the part or lot details and save the changes so the record reflects the most current impact information.

Prerequisites

Installation Package: CQ Core, myCQ Extension, CQ Supplier Central, CQ Supplier Performance, CQ Ratings Framework, CQ Embedded Analytics, and CQ AI Extension

Product: QualityQuest and Platform Apps

Function: CQ Impacted Part/Lot Update

User Profile: Standard User

For Permission Set Groups: CQ Base User PSG, CQ NC Owner PSG


Steps

  1. Optionally, select Unit of Measure to indicate the unit measuring the nonconforming Product.

  2. Verify that all Impacted Parts/Lots have been entered with Impacted Part, Lot Number/Sublot Number, and Quantities.

  3. Click the + button to add additional Lots, Sublots, and/or Quantities.

Expected Outcome

  • You update the impacted parts or lots so the nonconformance reflects the most current impact information.
