Starting Product Review Meetings

Purpose

As a Meeting Owner, you start the Meeting to change its status from Draft to In Progress so that attendee, discussions, decisions, and action items can be recorded.

Prerequisites

Installation Package: CQ Core, CQ Design Extension, CQ Management Review Dashboard Extension

Product: ProductQuest

Function: Meetings- Product Review

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ Design Owner PSG, CQ Management Review Meeting Owner PSG

Record Status: Draft

Steps

1. Open the Meeting record.

2. Click Start in the Next Best Actions section.

3. Select the Attendees who are present. Click Mark Present.

4. Update the meeting Date, if applicable.

5. Provide a Comment and specify the Password, if applicable.

6. Click Save.

Expected Outcome

• Meeting Status is Open.

• Meeting Stage is In Progress.

• The Close button appears in the Next Best Actions section.

• The Starting Meeting activity appears in the Meeting Record Activities section on the History tab.
