Submitting 5W2H Classification

Purpose

As a User, you can complete and submit missing 5W2H Classification details for a Nonconformance record.

Prerequisites

Installed Package(s): CQ Core, CQ.AI Extension

Product: QualityQuest, Platform & Technology

Function: CQ.AI Agent

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ NC Owner PSG, CQ Design Owner PSG, Prompt Template User, Data Cloud User, CQSS AI User PSG

Steps

1. In Microsoft Teams, open the CQ.AI Assistant Chatbot app.

2. Open the chatbot.

3. Enter the What, When, Where, Who, Which, How, and How Many fields that are not filled.

4. Select Submit.

5. Review the Confirming Recommendation card.

6. Select Save.

Example:

Expected Outcome

• You update the Nonconformance record.

• You view a confirmation message on the card.

• You select View Record to open the updated record.
