Editing Report Submissions

Purpose

As a Record Owner, you edit a report submission to update the information recorded for a previously created regulatory submission. You review the existing details, make the required changes, and save the update so the complaint reflects the current submission information.

Prerequisites

Installation Package: CQ Core, CQ Regulatory Reports Extension, CQ AS2 Gateway Extension, myCQ Extension, and CQ AI Extension

Product: QualityQuest and Platform Apps

Function: CQ Report Submission Update

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ Complaint Regulatory Owner PSG


Steps

  1. From the Complaint record, Regulatory tab, Report Submissions section, click the appropriate Form link, or from the Complaint record, Related List Quick Links section, Report Submissions link, click the appropriate Form link.

  1. From the Report Submissions details page, click the Edit button. Alternatively, from the Complaint record, Regulatory tab, select the Edit option from the drop-down arrow at the end of the Report Submission row.

  1. Update information as needed.

  2. Click the Save button or Save & New for additional Submissions.

Expected Outcome

  • The Report Submission is updated as needed.
