Viewing Risk References
Risk Assessments for Product and Process issues can be performed using CQ’s Risk Management and linked to the NC record under the Reference tab. If CQ’s Risk Management is not yet being used, the NC Owner can also attach any Risk Assessment results under the Notes and Files section of the NC record.

From the Nonconformance record, Reference tab, Risk References section, verify any linked Risk records. See the CQ End User Guide - Risk Management for information

Linking References

The reference record is linked to the NC record under the Reference tab in the applicable section.

The reference record can be accessed by the NC Owner/Viewers who have access to view the record.

Click View All to see all reference records for the section.

Edit and Delete options are available from the drop-down arrow at the end of each reference record row in the section.

Additional reference records can be linked to the NC record as needed any time before the NC record is closed.

Linked reference records can also be removed as needed any time before the NC record is closed.
