Updating Concomitant Products Information

Purpose

As a Complaint Owner, you update Concomitant Products Information to record other products used at the same time as the reported item. This gives reviewers additional context for assessment and investigation.

Prerequisites

Installation Package: CQ Core

Product: QualityQuest

Function: Complaints

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ Complaint Creator PSG


Steps

  1. From the Complaint record, select New in the Concomitant Products Information section of the Complaint Patient tab.

  2. Add the Concomitant Products, and select Save.

Expected Outcome

  • The Concomitant Products are added.
