Purpose
As a Change Owner, you link Change Requests to an Planned Change to show how the urgent action relates to other planned or proposed changes. This maintains a clear connection between records and supports accurate tracking.
Prerequisites
Installation Package: CQ Core
Product: QualityQuest
Function: Planned Change
User Profile: Standard User
Permissions: CQ Base User PSG and CQ Change Order Owner PSG
Record Status: Open
Steps

Open the Planned Change record.

Open the Reference tab. Then open the Change Requests section and click New.

Select the Change Request.

Provide a Comment, if applicable.

Click Save.
Expected Outcome
-
Change Requests are linked to the Planned Change record.

Change Requests record can be accessed by the Change Owner.

Click View All to see all reference records for the section.
