Resolving Part Lifecycle Requirements

Purpose

As a Part Creator, you can resolve Part Lifecycle Requirements when Unit of Measure, Location and Lifecycle Name is not updated.

Prerequisites

Installation Package: CQ Core, CQ PLM Extension

Product: ProductQuest

Function: Parts

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG and CQ PLM Creator PSG

Record: Part record must exist

Configurations: Locations

Steps

1. Open the Part record.

2. Specify the Part Revision, if applicable.

3. Click Lifecycle Requirements.

4. Specify Unit of Measure, if applicable.

5. Specify Location, if applicable.

6. Specify Lifecycle Name, if applicable.

7. Click Save.

8. Click Close (X).

Example

Expected Outcome

• Lifecycle Requirements are verified.

• The Warning Sign in Lifecycle Requirements is disappeared.

• The Warning Sign in BOM View is disappeared.
