Adding Product Review Actions

Purpose

As a Meeting Owner, add Meeting Actions to record meeting minutes and decisions as assigned, trackable tasks with due dates.

Prerequisites

Installation Package: CQ Core, CQ Design Extension, CQ Management Review Dashboard Extension

Product: ProductQuest

Function: Meetings- Product Review

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ Design Owner PSG, CQ Management Review Meeting Owner PSG

Record Status: Open

Steps

1. Open the Meeting record.

2. Open the Actions tab. Then open the Actions section and click New.

3. Specify this information:

   • Title
     Provide the title, if applicable.

   • Description
     Provide the description, if applicable.

   • Assignee
     Specify the assignee, if applicable

   • Action Type
     Select the action type.

   • Due Date
     Specify the due date.

   • Files
     Add supporting files, if applicable.

4. Click Save. To add another Action, click Save & New.

Expected Outcome

• The Action record is created with a unique number.

• The Action Status is New.
