Purpose

As a Complaint Owner, you can use CQ AI to find existing Complaints that match the details of a new or open issue.

Prerequisites

Installation Package: CQ Core and CQ AI Extension

Product: QualityQuest

Function: Complaints

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ Complaint Owner PSG

For Permission Set: CQSS Similarity User

Configurations: CQ.AI

1. From the Complaint record, expand the CQ.AI section.
