Viewing Complaints References


Complaints created using CQ’s Complaint Management product may be linked to the CAPA record under the Reference tab for Complaints that may need to be escalated to a CAPA. If CQ’s Complaints Management is not yet being used, the CAPA Owner can also attach any References to Complaints under the Notes and Files section of the CAPA record.

  1. From the CAPA record, Reference tab, Complaints section, view any Complaints that have been linked to the CAPA record. See CQ End User Guide - Complaints Management.
