Prerequisites
Installation Package: CQ Core
Product: QualityQuest
Function: Complaints
User Profile: Standard User
Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ Complaint Owner PSG
Configurations: Report Source, Response Required, Requested Action, and Departments.
Steps

From the Complaint record, select Edit in the Additional Information section of Complaint Details.

Update the Additional Information, and select Save.
Expected Outcome

The Additional Information is updated.
