Updating Additional Information

Purpose

As a Complaint Owner, you update Additional Information to include details that support accurate review and assessment. This ensures the complaint record contains all relevant context before moving to the next step.

Prerequisites

Installation Package: CQ Core

Product: QualityQuest

Function: Complaints

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ Complaint Owner PSG

Configurations: Report Source, Response Required, Requested Action, and Departments.


Steps

  1. From the Complaint record, select Edit in the Additional Information section of Complaint Details.

  2. Update the Additional Information, and select Save.

Expected Outcome

  • The Additional Information is updated.
